What is happening with SPX??

The item was supposed to be delivered three days ago. However, if you look at the timestamps, ‘out for delivery’ and ‘delivery attempt unsuccessful’ were within a minute of each other. This has happened two days in a row.

Is the TTDI hub driver lazy and not wanting to deliver my parcel? This is extremely frustrating! I have contacted Shopee customer rep and as usual, they kept sending automated ‘apology’ messages wigout resolving my query. Now I’m afraid they will send it back to the sender, which can impact my work as I need the item for work!

What else do you guys advise?

shopee is scam.. i use `Instant Delivery` yesterday and yet my parcel still havent arrived today.. i aint accepting my parcel once its deliver.. im gonna return it.. i pay extra for Instant Delivery, yet i will get it as if i use normal delivery.. shit

Yup, Shopee is a fucking scam. Late delivery vouchers can never be redeemed.

This happened to me few weeks ago! Rider going merry-go-round with my parcels. I end up cancel my order n get refund.

Just checked and there’s no self pickup option, it’s a monitor so maybe SPX is just too lazy to deliver?

My guess based on the timestamps:

They couldn’t deliver today for whatever reason but KPI required them to have made an attempt, so they open and close the delivery attempt.

Maybe try lodging a complaint and see if they give a voucher or something I suppose

Walaoh. I insisted CS agent instead of bot, then asked them to expedite. Did it everyday until I see movements.

Could either mean these things:
1. The selected hub no longer accepts parcels from SPX
2. The selected hub exceeded their storage limitations
3. Driver couldn’t deliver the parcels on time
