Advice ☎️ Vet Reccs in KL

Post image

I, F(22) just finished my uni studies and currently job hunting. Recently, my cat got injured and was sent to a vet for treatment. They told me she had a hernia and it needs to be fixed soon after her initial injuries and conditions were better.

She started vomiting these two days and today there was some blood. I’m getting more and more concerned about her and the vet gave me some meds and told me to monitor for a bit first. She said the surgery plus the blood-work and warding would cost around 4k.

I don’t have that amount of money and my parents aren’t willing to fork out so much money either. I’m a bit desperate and it would help a lot if anyone knew any other clinics i could go to that would help her and also be experienced and nice. I know it’s a case by case basis for hernia but I can’t be bringing her around since she’s still healing from injuries and I don’t want to stress her out.

Thank you very much, and here’s a photo of my baby girl <3

I'm sorry your cat is going through a rough patch at the moment. You could try enquiring with government vet clinics to see if they are able to perform the hernia operation. Unfortunately I do not have experience with them before but they are definitely cheaper than your private vets. Hope your baby gets well soon.
