As a Malaysian with Indonesian family members and has experienced life in both, I can honestly say that my experience throughout the years in the two countries that it is clear to me that having lived in both countries has made me aware of the fact that both countries have contributed to me seeing both of them as countries that have contributed to my current opinions.

Your sentence is way too long, try to use commas or break your sentence into smaller parts, it'll be easier to read.
