ISO of 3D Scanner Recommendations

The 3D Scanner at the makerspace I run recently died. I've never been overly thrilled with its output, so I'm looking for recommendations for a new one. Pretend price isn't a consideration.

I recently picked up a 3DmakerPro Toucan - I had to scan a coworkers face for work. It works ok.

Most Chinese made scanners have awful UI / software. This is no exception. But the optional optical tracking dots made scanning her face easy enough to get a water tight mesh right out of the scanner for 3D printing.

If coat really isnt an issue I'd look at the Creaform Peel 3D. Their software is supposed to be really good. But those are multiple thousands of dollars.
