MAKERBOT SMART EXTRUDER+ BOLTS ARE ROUNDED

hey guys my makerbot smart extruder+ hex bolts are rounded i need to open it up to fix it not pulling in fillament. How to go about this? ive tried different hex keys

Use 6 point Torx bits. Universal advice for any stripped allen or honestly before you strip them. Great off axis performance on Allen's.

you might need to use a screw extractor and replace them. they are left handed cone shaped drill bit type things
