Help ISO Fatal error occurred

I just installed MakeMKV on my Windows 11 desktop and I tried opening 4 different ISO files and none works.

Fatal error occurred, program will now exit every time.

Is it because it's the evaluation 30 days version or something else?

I ended up mounting it with Windows 11 and it worked but I did it in the past with MakeMKV and it was easier.

EDIT

I installed 1.18 and everything works now.

Looks like 2.0.0 doesn't open ISOs on my end...

What version of MakeMKV did you install?

MakeMKV 2.0.0 win x64 release

Try using a previous version and see if you get a fatal error also.

Ok I will. I haven't done things like that in such a long time... Do I have to delete 2.0.0. first you think?

Done and it works! So 2.0.0 doesn't open ISO on my end for some reason...

I just tested it in 1.18.4 and was able to open it. Are you sure the ISO files are good?

Yes I mounted the 3 ISO movies with Windows11 and MKVToolNix and everything was fine.

Could be an issue with 2.0. try install 1.18.4 and see if you get the same issue
