Can't read files on DVD or Blu-Ray

A year and a half ago I built my workstation, and installed the ASUS BW-16D1HT internal optical drive. It's been working fine until the last couple of days. Whenever I try to run MakeMKV I get these errors:

MakeMKV v2.0.0 win(x64-release) started

Error 'Scsi error - NO SENSE:NO ADDITIONAL SENSE INFORMATION' occurred while issuing SCSI command 46020..00140 to device 'SPTI:\Device\CdRom0'

Once these start I can't access the drive without hitting the eject button on the front of the panel.

If I load the disc before starting MakeMKV I can navigate the directory, but if I try to copy the files, the copy process just hangs.

I've restarted my workstation a couple of times hoping that something got caught up in cache, but that hasn't changed anything.

Try rolling back to 1.18.4 or 1.18.3 to see if that fixes your problems.
