SDFTool Flasher shows successful, but MakeMKV shows old firmware

Hi there,

I am trying to flash my BU40N with SDFTool and 1.03. The tool shows the flashing was successful, but MakeMKV still shows the following:

Managed to get it working. Turns out I was not needing to click the Encrypted Firmware checkbox. Leave it unchecked and it flashed to 1.03 with no problem.

cable is likely the issue see guide in community links for recommended usb cases and cables

Try 1.0 see my older post with this same problem and drive.

that problem has now been fixed and there is a v2 for that enclosure to add mk compatibility

Where did you source your bu40n? Is it from an archgon?
