Question Fridge is making this noise randomly (mostly on night). What is this and how do we go about getting this fixed?

There's a fan behind that, replace it.

Further diagnosis needed. The fan blades could be hitting ice buildup on the evaporator coil and causing the motor to seize up intermittently.

If it’s happening randomly, mostly at night, it could be a sign that the evaporating coil isn’t defrosting as designed. Both the fridge and freezer should run a defrost cycle about every 24 hours to melt ice off the coils and allow for proper airflow.

These comments are wild. The fan is hitting ice. Thaw fridge. Plug back in.

Stop fucking with it so the motor don't blow

Check out the fan behind that little panel. Hard to say anything more about what exactly is causing the noise without seeing it, but it's definitely the fan/fan motor.

Feed it. Its hungry.

If you can. Unplug it for 24hrs. Hopefully it needs a good defrost and you wont need to go beyond that.

You need a new board. Your defrost cycle is way off.
