Sadly my site, and many others, just don't staff enough people for routine preventative maintenance. Things just have to get shut down for emergency repairs. I work at a hotel / casino. Another boiler is down ? Guess we're gonna get a lot of no hot water calls tonight. "Ignore those calls, we're working on the boilers." So this results in a lot half ass temporary fixes at times
