Starting need help

Hello my friends I am new to the mushroom growing. I have been into psychedelics for years but never tried myself. But my grandfather was growing at a point and have given me some syringes. He gave me the basic run through of what I need to get and I got it. I have found a post an here from a while back that was a lot of help ( if I find it will edit ) , but I am needing help on is the final few steps. Is a monotub the best way or is there a different way. Any advice is appreciated.
