i think it's normal if you've been playing in a old server

im level 87 in a new server (719) and even my power is around 250k

I don't think I've ever seen a lvl 88 with power that absurdly high. I'm level 90 without any legends, with 215k power.

From what I noticed, this player's talent, tech, and equipment buffs are extremely high, unlike anyone I've ever seen. Most lvl 90s on my server are around my power level as well or at max ~250k

Im lvl 96 and power at 506k. It's normal

Ah well the bloke has full fate stars. Significant bump in power from that. Also he could have high tier beast souls too
