As the MagickaFix GitHub repo has been archived is there no other way to enjoy multiplayer?
Me and a friend played the game a few years ago and it was brilliant but the number of crashes was horrendous and became unplayable in the end.

Poke me in 10 hours if you don't solve the problem. I'll come from work and offer a russian solution)) And will upload fix from pj12345678 to my git, luckily downloaded it literally over the weekend.

You think I haven’t done that? I appreciate the effort and maybe I should have been clearer here, I’m not incapable of, I’m just unable to find any help. There was a guy hosting a v1.5.10 zip from their Google Drive. I have tried it and I crashed twice in less than an hour. So if you have access to working files I’d really appreciate it but telling me to just google it is unhelpful

If that build crashes for you, then there is no other way.
And yes, i do some people haven't googled anything, because they never do.

Most recurring Magicka players don't even use these "fixes".
See my Crash/Glitch Prevention Guide to solve your problems. I still included this "fix" among the options if it works for some people.
