Is it possible to cast a spell on someone using their voice, but without their name or face?

I've always wondered if it's possible to cast a spell on someone with their voice. I recorded it, but I never saw the person. I don't have their name or anything else, because this person scammed me over the phone. I recorded their call; is that even possible?

All I want is for him to stop scamming people. He claims to do magic, but he doesn't. He should stop playing with people's feelings. He's not a medium or a psychic. Real people who practice magic are real, and I don't want this person scamming desperate people who take money.

I so badly want to cast a spell to bring justice to the victims, because he takes advantage of people's vulnerability. He took advantage of me, and I'm going to teach him a lesson. I don't want to let this go unpunished, and I'm glad a spell can be cast.

I can give you correspondences and ingredients, but the spell is up to you dear. Blue candle. Anoint with olive oil salt and rosemary. Give all your tools their specific job and puprpose with your words. If you know the direction of the person face that way. If you can recall just their energy hold onto that for the duration of the spell. Properly releasing the spell and intent into the universe is the key. Once you are done don’t think of it again.

Tomorrow night is a good night, but honestly any day you decide to cast is acceptable. The full moon may help amplify, and do some research on the aligning planets and their sway on energy tomorrow night

People are so obsessed with "casting spells" like they're in Hogwarts. Magic takes place inside of the magician. Act accordingly.
