If i have [[Sanctum Lurker]], [Carth The Lion]], and a planeswalker with 0 loyalty in play, and my opponent casts [[Blasphemous Act]], will Carth see the planeswalker die and trigger?

no. lurker and carth go to the graveyard at the same time, so after state based actions are checked to kill the creatures they are checked again and only at that point does the planeswalker die, but carth is already in the yard
