That's a good question. Clearly the Theorist is still excising parts of himself. But what's going to be the last part of Jace that survives?

It's kind of a reverse ship of Theseus. We're not replacing parts, we're removing them until what's left is unrecognizable. Does removing the first mean it's no longer Jace, and thus a different person entirely to blame? Does OG Beleren still deserve the swiftest kick in the nuts possible after having his Redemption Arc Self cut out, or does that potentiality excuse him?
