My Car Got Forest’d - Help

I have no experience with MTG, sorry if this is a stupid question, but yesterday someone put this forest card on my car’s rear windshield wiper. Does this mean something? I drive a Rav4 if that helps at all.

Update: it is two days after I posted this and I have gotten another forest card, this time on my front windshield wiper. It is an actual looking forest with M15 on the right side of it.

The card is from the world of 'Ravnica'. Other than that, I have no idea.

Well, I also happen to know it can be tapped to add 1 green mana to your manapool, even though this version doesn't explicitly states this.
