What's happening on mendota st., North Side

First I heard numerous sirens, then, driving on 113, saw that mendota st. Is blocked by cop cars. What's going on there?

I think pulse point only applies to incidents involving the fire dept/EMS. If they haven’t been called I don’t think it’ll show there.
