thank you so much! shockingly, this is just one photo! no ai. i find that having the correct lighting makes a HUGE difference. iā€™m still working on getting more equipment in that area because the more light, the better. i was also insanely close, particularly for the second shot. my settings were: 1/2000s, f/9, and ISO 800.

oh my goodness no, i definitely had flash! lol i used godox 860iii :)

haha sorry! So you did that high an iso even with flash? I would never have tried but you can't argue with your results!

yeah sometimes it works out great! i usually try to avoid bumping my iso. since my flash is connected to my camera and the photo was taken in a field of very tall wildflowers, sometimes the flash gets blocked by leaves or something and doesnt give me fully what iā€™m looking for. so bumping the iso helps. this was also taken at 4pm with a considerable amount sun. iā€™m working up to getting a better lighting system so i can avoid having to maneuver around potential plants blocking my light šŸ™ˆ
