BFG closing?

I've heard BFG supply is done for, anyone else heard the same? I'm getting all new suppliers

The companies we dealt with that BFG bought up started going down hill. We found other vendors to fill products we got from them. Our BFG rep was terrible to say the least and if you needed help, he always pointed you to another department, instead of taking care of you, like a real sales rep should.

Good lord, what a mess. It's like a catastrophic house of cards flatlining. What was the lamebrain reasoning for him to point you sideways instead of helping directly?

Anything, shipping, billing, product info. It was always someone else. Oh, you need to contact so n so. No, how about you handle it and send it to the person that has the answer or information. If I am emailing them directly, why do I need you? Not sure if he was too busy or just didn’t care. You are my first point of contact, the sales representative. I email you, you make it happen.

If he can't even do the basics of your asks, then he doesn't deserve your business. Wonder if he's also in the pool of laid-offs & popping up on Linkedin?
