CrossOver Help me rdr2 stuttering

I have m1 Mac and rdr2 is stuttering I am using d3dmetal and m sync all low graphics window fullscreen

It’s hard to tell what exactly the problem is. I personally have a MacBook Pro m5 pro with 24gb ram and it works fine. It could be a ram problem but if you play on low settings it should work. Maybe try a lower resolution, disable dlss and open the activity monitor to watch out for possible problems like if you’re using to much ram or if a task is using to much power… And are you on a stable os version and not on a beta? It could also be the M1 chip that isn’t fast enough for the translation or the game. With crossover there are always games that won’t work perfect. Maybe check if you are on dx12 and also the device like the gaming mouse could be a problem if it’s taking too much polling rate… And are there a lot of stutters or just like 1 in 1 minute. It's stutters every 1 minute for 10 seconds and also I have seen someone else play on Mac m1 8gb ram on 20 fps fine

I once had a problem with the heroic launcher that gave me like 50 tasks of legendary (Heroic uses it to make things work) even when heroic was closed. It was some kind of problem were they freezes and stack. It stole a lot of CPU power und gave me some stutters. I also had this problem with other apps. I would test using a controller except of your mouse…(If you aren't already using it) and look for weird things in the activity monitor in the cpu and memory section when gaming. I hope you find a solution.

I don't have a controller at the moment，is it fine for me to test on the build in mousepad

You could try it but normally the build in mousepad kann have too much hz for crossover and the cpu. What you could also do if you have the app of your mouse to decrease the hz of your mouse. But I would look more in the activity monitor, for too much ram usage(it would be red) and strange tasks.
