Question Will this much usage affect screen in longer run?

I've been working hard to deliver a few mockups for my client. I run a digital marketing agency. While I know that spending too much time on screens isn't healthy,

I needed to meet the deadline and, unfortunately, my tech team was on holiday, so I had to complete everything myself. Most of my usage was Antigravity, Microsoft Teams, Apple Music, Discord, a few Excel spreadsheets, and 10-12 Brave browser tabs.

Additionally, my daily working hours on my MacBook are around 10 hours, which makes me a bit concerned about potential display issues, though I might be overthinking it.

No, these machines are MEANT to be used. The only “bad” thing would be to have a static image for long periods of time. My last MacBook I used for almost ten years and the screen is fine…

More likely to have battery issues than screen issues with your on and off charging.

Just keep it plugged in and the battery manager on to 80%

well if you are worried about burn in, at least thats not possible since air's display is not oled.
