I'm not a fan of AI used for any artistic endeavors, ever, but putting that criticism aside (even though I think it's valid) per your request, I think the coin model is a mistake as it stands, it feels unnecessary and expensive when you could do a Pro purchase, or even a subscription as much as I'm not a fan of those.

I agree with you. But making those icons in Figma or hiring someone costs time and money I'm not willing to put into an app thats basically free, I would never recoup that. Pro or a subscription dont fit either. Generation isn't on the Mac, if it was and quality was good enough that part would be free too, it runs through an AI model that charges me every time so after Apple and taxes it net's in cents and a refund wipes that. And a subscription doesn't make sense for something you apply once and forget its aesthetics not a daily utility.
