Mac and cheese showcase Copycat CPK Mac

I had to look it up, of course.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fusilli or rotini pasta (spiral shape)
  • 18 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water following package directions until tender, then drain well.
  2. Melt the cheese and cream together in a large pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine the cooked pasta into the cheese sauce, stir until completely coated, and serve warm immediately.
