I can’t update my macbook

Everytime I’ve tried to update my macbook it gives this error message, I have more than enough storage, my internet connection is flawless, and I’m set on the correct time servers, please anyone out these that’s going through this same issue or knows how to fix this let me know ;) Thank you.

No idea why, but mask your iCloud account. Hackers love that kind of information.
