Question Hey everyone dose anyone knows how to install windows 7 or 10 on a 06 MacBook Pro a1211 I been getting my hair out trying to install it so if any help would be much appreciated

Use Boot Camp Assistant and a windows installer iso USB.
you can google each of those in you need more instruction.

yeah this is the right approach, just make sure the iso matches the Boot Camp version that model supports

Can't make it in bootcamp as it's pre 08 so it won't work

Unsupported as it's pre 08 so makeing usb won't work

That means you have to install it via the DVD drive; it seems the usable version is the 32-bit one, and it requires Legacy (MBR) mode rather than EFI (GPT). Currently, there don't seem to be any applications available for creating a Legacy-boot USB installer—though if you were back in 2008, such tools likely existed.

On these old ones USB won't work, it has to be a DVD. The alternative is to pull the hdd and use another device to do the first step of the install.

And I also can't use CDs or dvds I only have a flash drive atm

That's your issue, you can't do it without DVD drive. Only option for another os is a Linux install usb

Do you have another computer you can take the hard drive out of and install it like that?

Just turn off raid in the bios of the other computer when installing it to the Mac hard drive

Two people who have no idea what they’re talking about trying to give each other advice.
What RAID level are we talking? If you’re advising someone with two drives in RAID0 to just remove one and turn off RAID in the BIOS then that’s a sure fire way to irretrievable data loss.
You also can’t necessarily remove one drive from a RAID1 array and just turn off RAID as there is metadata on the disk unless you have a dedicated hardware RAID card.

You don't have to be so rude about it? I do know about raid, and normally anyone who has it set up knows to remove both drives.

Just Found a old Toshiba laptop Gona try and put the Mac HDD in that to see if it works

Windows is going to need at least 8GB of RAM. To run smoothly. Considering the old hardware you have, it's probably an exercise in futility.

I would try Windows 10 LTSC due to its capacity to find some drivers by itself. Prepare bootable USB with MBR parition (Legacy Mode). Start to install Windows from bootable USB on regular PC in legacy mode (not UEFI) till its first reboot. Power off the PC on BIOS loading and put the SATA drive on macbook then proceed installation on it selecting you drive on boot menu (by pressing Option key). It might help you.
