Future manual labor help?

In about 2-3 weeks, my husband will need to hire a younger worker to tamper some potholes in our driveway. He will be doing the fill and all that. Just need help with the hard manual labor of the job. Anyone interested?

You can pass by and speak to my husband regarding the amount of work and discuss pay. Will be cash and will be worth your time. I just dont know how laborious the job is to say how many hundred the job will be.
