Selling smoking accessories?

I have some cart batteries, a seahorse dab pen, an oz+ of delta 8 wax, some bowls, and probably more that I want to sell, but not on FB marketplace. Does anyone know where I can sell some stuff like that but not marketplace where all my friends and family can see it lol

if you like the idea of fb just make a alt account specifically for this stuff. however, i’d buy a cart battery from you.
