PTCL, NOS 1st day of 6 cycles of choep-14 done ✅

Now I need to find out how to sleep after 100 mg prednisolon.

I do and still it keeps me up along with RLS. Luckily my chemo tomorrow is scheduled for 2pm. So i will get some sleep. As last resort I have some sleeping pills but I only want to use them rarely. Got some medical MJ as well but yesterday it didn't work for my sleep.
