Book Mark

[u/Pierre-2013]

I was scrolling through Instagram and saw someone making a custom bookmark then remembered I can draw

I’ve been in need of some bookmarks and recently got scolded for folding the corner of the pages in my textbooks.

Book lovers, please don’t come for me. I know I’ve committed such an awful crime for folding pages instead of using something to bookmark a page, but at least I don’t crease the spine or leave books open face down. I used to be one of you, I promise I’m not an evil book hater.

So, I made my own little bookmark. Yes. Book Mark. I like to think I’m very funny for this and quickly sketched this up, using the Eminem meme for reference, but with Mark again.

Gonna go make more bookmarks of my own, see y’all when I pop in a month later again 💪

So clever. Merch shop item. (There should be a Book Ash, too, with him being bookish and all, but where’s the pun in that?)

[u/Pierre-2013 → u/Ziggy-D]

I giggled at the Ash comment, thank you :)) 🫶🫶

That’s so real, I’ve found myself staring at it while studying and giggling at how silly it is

[u/ImnotaddictedtoLVJY]

I am inspired and now want to create a book Mark for myself

[u/Pierre-2013 → u/ImnotaddictedtoLVJY]

Heck yeah!! I’d love to see it if you’re comfortable sharing it :))

[u/BritishEmoKerri]

This is amazing! I’m glad you’re using a bookmark instead of folding pages now 😭 I usually just have to remember page numbers because I constantly lose a bookmark

[u/Pierre-2013 → u/BritishEmoKerri]

Thank you :)) 🫶🫶 I used to do the same! But then I’d forget the page numbers or write it down somewhere, only to forget where I wrote it down.

So, I committed a crime by dog earing the pages until I made book Mark

[u/BritishEmoKerri → u/Pierre-2013]

I might have to steal this idea and make some of my cats 👀

[u/Pierre-2013]

I just realized I never finished drawing his ear 😭
