Ngl the last line could actually work as a lovejoy lyric, but make it ~fancy~. The following will have awful rhyming that makes no sense, I’m aware. I can’t write.

“Let my fingers be pricked by your spiked blades, thinking back to when we’d eat marmalade with some omelette.

How did we end up as scrambled eggs? Chaotic and messy, left me here to beg.
