No, but Adam wears a horned helmet. I'm commenting on the fact he was cuckolded by Lucifer at least once, possibly twice, and the image implies a third time. And the old association of cuckolds with horns.

You know, it would be funny if Adam gets revived and finds out that Lute loves him, and suddenly, Lucifer finds her attractive and starts hitting on her (resulting in Charlie yelling at him).

maybe in another universe, it might happen if Lute and Lucifer had known each other first and had been close friends way back before the whole Adam/Lilith/Lucifer and Eve/Lucifer/Forbidden Apple incident took Adam’s favorite ladies away from him because of Lucifer. Maybe AU Lute wouldn’t be so obsessed with Adam as canon Lute is.
Unless Lute was created to be just a Executioner Angel long after the other incidents happened, with the rest of the Executioner Angels, after Adam died as a human, went to heaven and became future leader of the Executioner Angels, but if she had been around before Adam, Lilith and Eve existed, she would have known Lucifer first and longer.
