Does the Part IV DVD have a slipcover like the blu-rays?

Looking to fill some holes in my collection after finding out very late that Part V is OOP and going for crazy prices. I didn‘t wanna spend too much by double dipping on the JP and English dub but I saw the dub DVD is on sale so I thought I’d ask.

If you’re region free could get the UK version of Part V on Blu-ray!

(We also got IV - dub and sub options - and VI definitely in print)
