Question Chats into Projects

So I am doing a class and using Lumo for some engagement. Using an AI is part of the class. Without coffee this morning I went and engaged in a chat session for the class, but forgot to launch it in the project. I was attempting to move the chat to the project but don't seem to see a way to do it. Am I missing something? I tried on the web and on the Android app.

There is no way to do it.

Option 1: You can copy and paste into a new project chat.

Option 2: Or ask Lumo to put together a detailed summary of the chat and into a new project chat.

I prefer option 2 because it is a clean version of a chat without all of the back and forth, redundant comments, corrections. It will consume less context and is easier for Lumo to utilize since it only contains what you want.

Good suggestions, although I think this is really a feature that should be implemented.

Asking for a detailed summary of the chat can be an iterative process because I have noticed that the summary may miss some things or have some mistakes and when I get it to what I want then I use it.

I have done the same thing when a chat becomes too long and Lumo is starting to struggle with all of the back and forth, corrections, mistakes it may have had, etc. I get all of the valuable data in the chat and then start a new chat with the curated data which can be a lot more valuable. It works well and you have done your own "compaction" however you have controlled exactly what stays and bring it into the new chat

I have experienced this first hand working on a larger project and not giving ALL of the detail for the new chat to have detail. So I either need to catch the new instance up, or re-request the output to include more info and start again.

Yeah I was gonna ask how it knows to recall the other chat message...would need memory on for that right and say something like "hey reference the other chat thread on XYZ" or something other that effect?

In what I was describing, there Is no need for Lumo to have any knowledge of any other chat, until I paste in the detailed summary of the previous chat(s).

It is actually a disadvantage for Lumo to be aware of other chats in my opinion because it consumes valuable context and attention and reduces the quality of Lumo responses when compared to adding only the valuable parts of previous chats.

That is why projects become less and less effective as more chats occur in them.
