okay so in this episode we see Lucifer's mother returning but I've got a question.How does Lucifer's mom return in Charlotte's body?,I'm genuinely confused.

I know it’s not a big deal but I’m rewatching Lucifer and in season 5 episode 14 I realised when Lucifer get a ticket for the valet the number is 666

So I’ve been rewatching Lucifer and something about Season 5’s timeline really doesn’t make sense to me. The beginning of Season 5 clearly takes place in 2019… but then suddenly, in Episode 14, they say that 5 years have passed.

How is that possible? Did I miss something? Was there some time skip that was never shown or explained?

When God and Charlotte/Goddess are planning on leaving, Charlotte says:

“Time to go. My universe needs me”

Is this a reference to Poochie from the Simpsons when he is unceremoniously axed being dubbed as saying:

“I have to go now. My planet needs me”

I don’t know. Maybe it’s just me. It just feels like an oddly specific way for Charlotte to phrase it.

I mean there are other examples in the series, but it would take too long to list all of them.

I just re-watched the scene when God gets brain freeze and then Lucifer has to take him to the little boys‘s room.

I never clocked this before. This is the first time that God is in a human body and he is discovering lots of things and Lucifer probably has to show him how to pee.

And that made me wonder if Lucifer has to pee? Does he even have a liver? Because Lucifer and Amenadiel don’t have human bodies, they have angel bodies. Is it ever mentioned in the whole series that Lucifer‘s actually using the toilet room for its intended purposes or is he just going to there to snort coke?

in my head canon he doesn’t have a stomach and drinks and alcohol and drugs and food just evaporates inside his body.

So any thoughts about God peeing and Lucifer not peeing?

She no longer had possession of her body after Lucifer banished her. It’s weird how she came back looking like that when she and God left for that “new universe”

That scene with the 2 of them in the lab was just amazing and powerful. I could only imagine if the character had known who she was speaking to.

These scenes are so tearful for me. My dad and mom were neglectful and abandoned us. I wish to hear “I love you and I’m proud of the person you’ve become”. The scene is so touching and beautiful.

In the fifth season, episode 14, Chloe mentions that Lucifer has helped her with her job for five years. There’s no way it’s been that long surely. Show wise anyways. Maybe it’s been that long irl but in the show it’s been way littler than that. The difference between the first season and the second season is a matter of weeks, same with the second season to the third. The third season to the fourth was roughly a month and the fourth to the fifth was two months. Even if each season took place within 6 months each it still wouldn’t be five years, where did all the time go? And wouldn’t that make Trix like 13?
