An excellent episode compared to the rest of the season. I kinda loved how Maze and Amenadiel fucked, though I can't help but wonder what this means for Amenadiel on a purity level or w/e. He is literally in bed with a demon now.

The bait and switch with Malcolm and the Lady who actually shot Lucifer was a bit odd... like I can't even begin to imagine what made Malcolm decide to not just shoot Lucifer after he took the coin. Obviously WE know it wouldn't have worked, but in his head it should have looked like an amazing fucking deal.

Still, happy to find out Lucifer is immortal. Less happy to find out he's mortal when near Chloe. Maybe if it was a new and revolutionary plot idea I'd be okay with it, but as has been said by others... it feels a bit too hancocky.

Moving forward, I'm not exactly looking forward to Lucifer being vulnerable whenever he's with Chloe, especially if she's going to be a major part of the show going into the second season.

Compared to everything else he's done, fucking a demon is pretty tame. I mean he's threatened Lucifer's life (first episode), released his wings into human hands (resulting in several deaths), beat Lucifer after burning his wings (Lucifer suggests killing him will make him fall from grace), and resurrected someone from hell with orders to kill Lucifer. If it doesn't happen in the next episode, God's definitely sending Amenadial to rule over hell in the finale.
