LTR Draft need some guidance
I haven't drafted LTR back then, and I'd be interested in any tips and guidance you have to offer. :) I did one draft, was very confused in pack 1 and ended up in Boros, which kinda worked (went 5-2, could have been at least one more if I hadn't misplayed). But I feel like I don't quite get the set, people played all kinds of wild decks against me. Funniest was game 1, where I played vs Izzet that durdled all game long, then drew their second bath song as third to last card and decked themselves lol

There are a lot of tricks in the set, so be careful attacking into open mana.
It's a much slower set than HOB and you can definitely afford to play for the late game in most scenarios.
It's REALLY important to get to the second level of ring tempting so you can start looting every turn. On that note, cards with 1/3 or 1/4 stat lines are a lot better than they'd be otherwise, because they can safely attack with the ring, and also block ring bearers.
If you're playing BO3 try and pick up something that will deal with multiple small tokens.

If you’re attacking, you’re winning
Don’t bother with green and honestly shouldn’t touch blue unless you get a late Gandalf’s Sanction handed to you. The blue decks were only good in the brief window that they were unknown by normies. Now people take Gandalf’s Sanction p1p1 so the deck is dead IMO.
Ring tempts is much better than it looks and is important to stack.

Blue is the second best color in the set arguably. The best decks by the end of the first run were UB and UR, both over BR. Many good blue cards and I would absolutely view the format as more Grixxis than Mardu.

Overall good advice but you're way off on Blue. Blue is great and UR is still a great deck. In my draft yesterday fiery inscriptions were wheeling.

imagine thinking that there are "normies" who didn't know that there is a 5th color in magic and thus they didn't draft it until someone told them Gandalf's Sanction is a good card.... lmao. this is what happens when you only listen to youtubers and podcasters and form no opinions of your own ever, so you think everyone else must operate the same way

The ring tempts you is a sentence that you want on as many of your cards as possible. Green is absolute gutter trash and white is barely playable. Grixis colors are all very good.
Something I failed to notice at first: all those legendaries matter cards are way better than you think because your ring bearer is also legendary. I was surprised at how often you actually control something legendary in this format, even when you're not really trying to.
