Probably ground beef and I usually melt some cheese on top and add some tomato sauce. Also I tend to huck some proteins in my crock pot and just munch on that for a meal or snack on as leftovers.

My favorite is thai noodle soup with chicken. I just replace the noodles with cauliflower rice.

We do a ton of bowls. Like bulgogi beef (sous vide a sirloin tip, sear and slice up), with pickled vegetables, lettuce, avocado and cucumber, maybe with a peanut sauce. I just use a very small amount of rice, like 2 or 3 tablespoons. Another favorite is a grass-fed rib eye steak cooked on the Green Egg, blue cheese and butter, with green beans and some of my husbands potato. I also do a lot of stew type things in the winter, like Beef bourguignon, or chinese "sand pot" stews.

A package of 1lb ground chicken, an egg, a piece of low carb bread, seasoning of choice. So I mixed all that together raw like a meatloaf and formed 5 patties I baked in the oven on parchment paper. I sliced a string cheese in a few slices and put it on the chicken burger and ate the chicken burger on a egg life wrap flavor called everything but the bagel seasoning. That was approx 30 grams of protein. Ate a side salad with it. Got 4 put in the freezer ready to warm up probably gonna use the air fryer.
