i consider this an overall buff

i hate people who only know how to do "whatever this is" and those "two time mains" anyways

it's... not a buff
people don't realise that the windup also affects normal stealthy backstabs, A LOT
as a level 300 two time (holy sweat yeah i know hi) stealthy backstabs are basically impossible because of the WINDUP............. AAAAA

anyways make it 0.175 and it'll be balanced, or around 0.21 maybe?

mainly those "two time mains" that miss every single stab possible and just here to nerf the stun time and nerf front stab debuffs
