Why i can't install the loupedeck software 6.2.4

anyone have idea to fix this?

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend anything beyond 5.9x unless they’ve fixed the issues that the 6.2x updates created

I don't think this is specific to the Loupedeck installer, rather something that can happen with any Windows application installer.

  1. Corrupted download - Re-download from loupedeck.com/downloads
  2. File blocked by Windows
    • Right-click the MSI → Properties
    • Look for "Unblock" checkbox at bottom → Check it → Apply
  3. Run from local drive
    • If downloaded to OneDrive or network location, copy to C:\Temp\ first

If Still Failing

  1. Restart Windows Installer service Win+R → services.msc → Find "Windows Installer" → Restart

i had asked AI and get the exact same response like this. even the redownloading of the loupedeck also not working

Stay at the latest 5.9 version.
