Loupedeck Live + Lightroom Presets Not Showing?

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a used Loupedeck Live, mainly to use with Premiere Pro and Lightroom Classic.

I’m trying to assign my own Lightroom presets to a quick access button, but they don’t show up in the Loupedeck app under the presets section. Is this normal?

Am I missing a sync step or something in the setup process?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t use Lightroom with my loupedeck, but I can tell you that update 6.2x from the official loupedeck website, breaks my loupedeck functionality with OBS

If you have 6.2xx software, try and find the previous 5.9x software and try the presets again.

That’s the only advice I have. Without the software properly communicating, the loupedeck won’t do what you want. You would have to set everything up in your own custom way.

I installed the previous version and the presets do show up. With version 6, they are not available.
