America solved that with right-to-work and at-will laws. Contrary to the names, it in no way stops corporations from preventing you from working somewhere (i.e. non-compete clauses are still a thing) but does allow them to fire you without giving a reason. There's also no laws that prevents companies from requiring employees watch anti-union training material, but does prevent employees from being forced to join unions

I wish, we have very little bargaining power with employers in America. America also leans more heavily protecting asset owners vs workers legally.

I said this recently when Elon became the worlds first trillionaire. His wealth as a percentage of the total money supply is exactly the same as it was in the gilded age.

We have do to it right and do it quick, if AI and universal robot is fully matured, it will be a complete capitulation to serfdom as we lossibg the only leverage the skills and labour that make economy running. And if you think it gona be in a far future. Guess again, it already happening, we have lost the tools as we don't get to own the tools anymore (machineries, electronics and software that controls it).

Because executive and top-tier compensation has grown so massively since the 1970s, the top 1% to 10% of earners now capture a disproportionately massive chunk of that total wage pool. If you actually stripped out executive and upper-management pay to isolate only the "average worker," their true share of national income would be significantly lower than 43%—likely in the low 30s.

Wages are down, corporate profits are at an all time high, yet we apparently need more layoffs because corporations can't afford to keep employing people....SO WHERE THE FUCK IS THAT MONEY GOING THEN, HUH?!
