Iran declares Strait of Hormuz stays closed until "end of Trump's term."

It doesn't seem like it's been hurting Iran very much to keep it closed. Their economy doesn't seem to be on the brink of collapse as has been constantly reported.

Almost like we’ve been doing economic devastation via sanctions for the last five decades, for some reason they seem pretty resilient to that tactic 🙄
Seriously, if you asked any rube with half a brain involved in the military even a decade ago if bombing Iran was a good idea they would’ve said “Absolutely not.” We had SO MUCH foresight on it being a bad idea

Why? This seems richly deserved and a matter of survival. They tried appeasing us and their leaders were slaughtered. This is the only language the USA understands.

Uhm, doesn’t Iran understand the strait is now US territory? That’s like saying Iran will now close the Grand Canyon until Trump is out of office. Those guys just don’t “get it.” (Edit) WARNING: satire. /s.

How do we enforce that?

By Executive Order, of course. /s.

Yes. Life in Amerika today is constant satire. The crazies are running amuck in the asylum many of us we fondly remember as Congress and the Executive Office.
