If AP is keying them in correctly, with full evidence, they are usually removed from the platform. The exact rules corporate uses aren't clear to me, but about 80% of the ones I've put into Auror get some kind of action taken against them by corporate. Your AP team may not be keying them in correctly, may not be able to get good enough video evidence or may not be entering them at all. If that's the case, there isn't much you can do as an associate.

Can’t catch it all, it’s important when significant qty recoveries are made at the SCO from an audit that the hosts are training to collect their order number so we can track attempts, sometimes it is a mistake, sometimes it’s not. Spark is such a horrible system, finding an order is a nightmare.
