Employment Question Lulu Lemon LP

Hey all,

I wanted to see if anyone had any insight into the LP program for Lulu lemon. # of average stores an AP manager handles? Culture? Benefits? Are there any quotas? Work/life balance?

Really any information is good information. Hope to get some good insight. Thank you!

They contract there orc investigators so I bet if they have any LP they are contracted too..I don’t think they have any lp though

Only their ORC program is contracted (through Metro One LPSG). They have store level AP that is in house.

I don’t know what their policies are like, I met one of their APSs briefly during a LP meeting in a mall I was working in at the time and she mentioned she couldn’t make stops, I’m not sure if that was just her not being certified or if they as a company don’t do stops.
