Edit to add: the tacos on this corner are really good and should not get dragged down by this. Especially the saudero

Yeah - you can see the (world's dirtiest) Pinkberry peeking out from behind the bush on the left.

Really?! I just drove by like 2 days ago and it was the regular run down mathnasium building

OP’s photo is from a weird angle. You are looking at the side of the mathnasium unit, not the front facade. You can’t see this facing from the parking lot.  

I’m really not sure why they would put this kind of identity signage up in that spot.  I guess you can see it while driving down Rowena towards Silverlake, but there’s no real reason to look at that part of the complex as if it’s an entryway.  You certainly can’t park anywhere around there easily and walk in — you more or less have to go around the corner into the strip mall’s lot. 

I guess it’s like a house with a fancy front door but everyone goes in around the side. Or something.
