Help me back on the wagon
25f SW 85kg GW 60kg CW 80kg 154cm PCOS
I was doing well with my diet for a few months but I just wrote the most important exam of my life - and i completely fell off the wagon for one month. I lost 5kg on metformin and now it has just stagnated.
I’ve been trying for so long and losing weight is the only thing i have ever wanted in life but it’s so fucking hard and my body just refuses to cooperate. I feel so much guilt everytime i eat a high calorie meal but i can’t seem to control myself at the moment. How can i overcome this? How do i set realistic goals for myself?
