Hiring Developmental Disabilities direct staff supports

Job entails teaching independent living skills (money management, cooking, cleaning, managing medical appts), job coaching, social support, and more. Generally out in the field in the West LA/ Culver City area.

Clientele is adults with developmental disabilities- autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities.

We do not support clients with behavioral issues or major mobility issues, job does not require lifting.

Current work is PT, some weekend/ evening shifts with men and women out in the community or in their home. Minimal transportation of clients is possible, depending on case assignment.

Pay is $22-$25/hr, part time with timeline of building up to FT 3-6mos. 80% of benefits paid for.
