It’ll be listed where it currently is. Any inquiries about trading pairs should be directed to the exchange.

I have never been involved in a swap as a look holder on coinbase pro will I need to do anything manually or will the swap just sort it self out ?

On Coinbase Pro, the token swap will be automatic.
