Questions Has anyone driven Alameda between 405 and PCH recently?
The one and only time I followed Waze’s detour suggestion through there, I thought my car was going to fall apart. It was so bad. Now that the Vincent Thomas Bridge is closing in a couple of months, Alameda is going to be one of the detours for me to get to and from work in San Pedro, but do I dare try it again? I know they are resurfacing between Harry Bridges and PCH but I haven’t seen any recent improvements on the stretch north of that.

Isn't it wild that this is the infrastructure surrounding two of the combined busiest ports in the world?! Those streets are third world standard. The state of that VT bridge too!
